yea you heard me right... It was very strange. Just using the scroll bar causes a buzzing noise from my speakers. So after checking the settings and and plugs I found that my sound card has a bad faulty plug. From my audio experience with cars it most likley a bad or bad ground on the main front speaker output. Im gona pull the card and take a closer look...I will let you know.
