This is probably not new news for most of you but as for me it is. OK... so forgive me for being a little slow..lol Laughing

A co-workier of mine bought a Dell computer a few months ago. He purchased it with a Dell A920 printer which is rated pretty good "picture quality" for the price. His wife was busy printing some important documents for her place of work. She had brought work home over the weekend to make sure that an important deadline was met for Monday. About half way into her work it is noticed that the printer was out of ink. They both thought it should be no problem since they live just down the street from a large office supply store....WRONG!! This is when they learned that they could only get these ink cartrages from Dell. Ya you heard me right... Mail order only from DELL. To make a long story short she didnt get the work done for Monday. The ink did come in one day but still its the priniple of it.

Like I mentioned before. This is old news to most probably but I just thought of informing new computer purchasers.. Rolling Eyes
